“What you are doing is not good” – Jethro (Exd. 18:17)
Moses was trying to wear all the hats and was instead wearing himself out. His father-in-law wisely suggests that Moses set up a delegation of authority.
Jethro’s no-brainer statement goes out to all the leaders who are foolishly trying to do it all themselves.
That’s a short trip to anxiety, stress, and burnout.
If you are not leading leaders to lead other leaders, then what you are doing is… not good.
