Let them do so with joy and not with grief

“Obey those who rule over you, and be submissive, for they watch out for your souls, as those who must give account. Let them do so with joy and not with grief, for that would be unprofitable for you.” – Heb. 13:17

Godly leaders are under constant pressure that they must one day give an account to God of the care they have taken of His sheep. Listen to them, that they may do so joyfully and not with grief.
