Surrounded by a million enemies hungry to take my life in a world that would be all too happy to assist them, and I do not fear. How?
Well, it’s not because of my formidable nunchuck skills or that I’ve mastered the “Crane” kick. No, it is because of Jesus.
Jesus is praying for me.
“If I could hear Christ praying for me in the next room, I would not fear a million enemies.” – Robert Murray M’Cheyne
Believer, He intercedes for you.
“Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.” – Rom. 8:34
Believer, He always lives.
“Therefore He is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.” – Heb. 7:25
Believer, He is your Advocate.
“And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous.” – 1 John 2:1b
Believer, whom shall you fear?
“The Lord is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid?” – Psalm 27:1
Unbeliever, PLEASE: consider Jesus
