Spurgeon says, when God saves sinners, He no longer sees sin in them, instead He sees Jesus covering us as a veil.
“God will never strike a soul through the veil of His Son’s sacrifice. He accepts us because He cannot but accept His Son, who has become our covering.” (Christ in the Old Testament)
“For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.” – Col. 3:3
What a Savior!
